Automotive Technician

Tasks

- Performance of maintenance and repair work on vehicles of all makes and models

- Diagnostic activities using modern diagnostic equipment and software

- Installation of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components

- Conducting § 57a inspections (Pickerl) and safety checks

- Fault diagnosis and correction of malfunctions

- Counseling and communication with customers about the condition of the vehicle and necessary measures

- Documentation of performed work and data entry in the EDV system

- Participation in improving work processes and workflows

Requirements

- Completed apprenticeship as an automotive technician or equivalent training

- Valid § 57a authorization

- In-depth knowledge of vehicle technology and diagnosis

- Experience with modern diagnostic tools

- Service- and customer-oriented mindset

- Independent, precise, and responsible work style

- Teamwork and communication skills

- Class B driver's license
