Responsibilities:

• Develop plastic components using CAD for product definition and verification of interfaces with other components;
• Participate in development and production meetings with the supplier;
• Product development, seeking the best balance between performance and cost.

Requirements:

• Tech-level mechanical or electromechanical education.
• Experience in the automotive industry in the area of external and/or internal finishing.
• Experience with NX and/or CATIA software.
• Experience with Teamcenter and/or Enovia PLM.
• Reading, interpreting, and optimizing technical standards, sections, and drawings.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to innovate in complex technical environments.

Additional Requirements:

• Engineering degree.
• Intermediate or higher level English.
• Knowledge of Vismockup.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, mold development, and industrial engineering.
• Knowledge and application of GD&T.
