Automotive Practices Assistant

Adecco Italia is seeking, for a leading company in the automotive sector and used vehicle sales, an Automotive Practices Assistant. The inserted figure will be responsible for:

• Managing automotive practices;
• Managing registration, transfer of ownership, and conversion practices;
• Entering data;
• Ongoing analysis of operations in a rapid, precise, and analytical manner;
• Reporting and database management related to the controls performed.

Required qualifications:

• Prior experience of at least one year in the automotive practices field, in administrative activities involving archiving, management, and document control.
• Good knowledge of at least one of the following software: Leonardo, Pratica, Sisco Digital Sta;
• Optional availability to work on Saturdays with compensatory off-days during the week.

  A initial contract for a fixed term of 6 months is expected, aimed at stabilization. Salary up to €27K. Work location: Milan, Zone Certosa. Availability: Full Time Sector: Other
