Job Description - Advising and training workshops and dealers on spare parts sales - Carrying out product presentations and demonstrations for dealers and workshops - Providing support to dealerships in optimizing their spare parts sales processes - Developing and implementing strategies to increase spare parts sales - Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Conducting market research and analyzing customer needs to inform sales strategies - Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in the automotive industry - Providing expert advice and guidance to dealerships on spare parts sales best practices - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at dealerships - Building trust and credibility with dealerships through consistent delivery of high-quality services - Maintaining accurate records of all activities, including meetings, calls, and emails - Reporting regularly to management on progress and performance against targets - Identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may impact the success of spare parts sales initiatives - Developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage with dealerships and workshops - Providing training and support to dealerships on spare parts sales best practices - Conducting regular reviews and assessments of spare parts sales performance and identifying areas for improvement - Developing and implementing corrective actions to address any issues or concerns that may impact the success of spare parts sales initiatives.
