For our customer in Köthen, we are seeking a direct placement (no temporary work) for an assembler (m/w/d) to assemble hitch couplings and electrical systems. You will work exclusively regionally at the customer's site, without assembly assignments with overnight stays. Look forward to an unlimited fixed-term employment, planned working hours, and a valued working environment where you can work independently and with trust.

You can look forward to:
Secure fixed-term employment directly with the customer, no temporary work, no changing assignments
Regional activity in the Köthen area - you will work at the customer's site and be home again by evening
Attractive starting salary of up to 3,000 €* gross per month (*with corresponding qualifications, a higher salary is possible) + additional bonus of up to 900 € per month depending on the number of completed assemblies
30 days' holiday
Firm working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm - your free time remains planned
Absenteeism-free work with self-responsibility, no workshop routine, but direct customer contact

Your tasks:
Assembly of hitch couplings on various vehicles
Installation of electrical systems
Customer service at the customer's site
Independent execution of work

You bring with you:
Tech-savviness and fun with tinkering - you know how to get things done and are solution-oriented
A completed training in the automotive sector, such as a Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Mechaniker or Karosseriebauer is advantageous but not necessarily required if you have extensive practical experience in assembling hitch couplings.
Class B driving license so that you can be mobile at the customer's site
You work independently, structured and reliably
Good German language skills due to safety regulations
