Description of the job offer
- Managing and controlling, as well as skillful planning of work together with our workshop teams consisting of approximately 10-15 employees.
- An active role in selecting new employees and continuous team development.
- Providing technical guidance on repairs, maintenance, and inspections, as well as participation in introducing new repair methods.
- Pointing out opportunities for improvements and implementing them within the workshop organization and workplace design area.
- Conducting internal quality controls and supporting safety and hygiene at work guarantees in the workshop.
- Reporting directly to the facility manager.
