Position Summary

As an Automotive Engineer, you will be part of a growing team responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our vehicle fleet in Italy. This includes vehicle inspections, diagnostics, coordination of repairs, quality control, and comprehensive preparation of the fleet. Your solid technical background and practical experience will ensure that all vehicles meet the company's safety, performance, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspection, diagnostic, and repair processes for vehicles.
• Collaborate with service providers, mechanics, and technicians to ensure high-quality service.
• Perform technical evaluations and ensure that vehicles meet company standards.
• Monitor and manage vehicle maintenance programs.
• Support vehicle preparation before delivery and quality control.
• Analyze mechanical problems, propose technical solutions, and follow corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Italian automotive regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• At least 1 year of proven work experience as an automotive engineer, preferably in a technical role in the automotive sector or mobility industry.
• Excellent knowledge of vehicle systems, including propulsion group, suspension, brakes, and electrical components.
• Experience in executing diagnostic procedures, vehicle inspections, and coordinating repairs or technical interventions.
• Solid understanding of Italian automotive regulations, including technical inspections of vehicles and technical documentation requirements.
• Able to identify mechanical problems and propose effective and cost-efficient solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working effectively with technicians, suppliers, and interfunctional teams.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and constantly evolving environment.
