About the Role

• Greet and assist all customers and guests warmly, in person and over the phone
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the right team members
• Keep reception and waiting areas welcoming and well-presented
• Provide administrative support to various departments as required
• Prepare and serve coffee/tea to guests—barista skills are a plus!

Hours: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM to 5:30 PM), with only occasional Saturdays required to cover leave.

About You

• Friendly, well-spoken, and customer-focused
• Polished, professional presentation
• Previous reception or front-of-house experience (automotive a bonus, not essential)
• Organised, with strong time management skills
• Confident using phones, email, and basic computer systems
