Summary : The Field Operations Manager – Ontario is the primary point of contact for CSN Licensees within their designated region. The position reports directly to the Director of Field Operations and is responsible for managing a team of Field Representatives who are responsible for ensuring that all CSN Licensees in their assigned region are operating in compliance with company policies, procedures and standards. Key Responsibilities: • Provide leadership and guidance to Field Representatives; • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards; • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs; • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any issues or concerns; • Manage and resolve conflicts between CSN Licensees and their customers; • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including CSN Licensees, insurance companies and regulatory bodies. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field; • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role preferably in the collision repair industry; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
