Roadside Assistant Haarlem

You work independently, mobile and with direct impact. As a versatile Roadside Assistant, you are not bound to a fixed workstation in a garage. You help people on location, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide calm in stressful situations. You work with expertise, independence, and an eye for the human. Diagnose and repair faults on site; Calm customers down in sometimes stressful situations; Operate independently within your working area (Amsterdam, Haarlem, Zaandam, Amsterdam-Noord...); Ensure that all vehicles are roadworthy again after assistance; Provide information to customers about the cause of the problem and the measures taken to resolve it; Keep records of the work performed and the materials used; Report any incidents or accidents to your supervisor.
