Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain a presentable appearance and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
- Manage leads and enter customer inquiries with complete details into the system.
- Demonstrate the features of the scooters to potential customers.
- Conduct test rides and effectively convert them into final sales.
- Address customer queries regarding scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, finance options, etc.
- Close sales and follow up with customers.
- Achieve a high percentage of test ride completion from scheduled test rides.
- Convert a high percentage of completed test rides into sales.
- Adhere to processes and standard operating procedures without deviation.
- Provide excellent customer experience with no negative feedback.
- Maintain a high customer experience rating.
Requirements
- Qualifications: 12th Pass/Graduation/Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in automobile sales, preferably in 2W or 4W dealership, retail, insurance, finance, or banking.
- Must be proficient in driving a two-wheeler and must have a valid driving license.
- Excellent communication skills.
