Automobile After-Sales Secretary (H/F)

The BOUSSAC Automobiles Group, a distributor of SEAT/CUPRA/SKODA/VW UTILITAIRES, is seeking an AUTOMOBILE AFTER-SALES SECRETARY H/F to strengthen its team on ESPACE AUTO LABEGE.

Doté(e) d’un fort esprit commercial et de grandes qualités relationnelles, you will be responsible for ensuring the welcome, counseling and activities of the after-sales service as well as the commercialization of products and services.

Au sein de notre entreprise, vous aurez différentes responsabilités, notamment :

• Ensure the proper execution of repair orders
• Welcome and counsel clients of the after-sales service
• Réalise the activities aimed at triggering maintenance processes, returning vehicles to customers, as well as commercializing products and services after sales
• Manage incoming calls
• Assist the Client Advisor in managing client files
• Schedule appointments
• Contribute to improving quality indicators and customer satisfaction

Issued from a commercial training Bac/Bac+2 in commerce / CQP receptionist after-sales or equivalent, you benefit from a first successful experience of at least 2 years on this type of function, ideally in the automotive sector.

Your customer service skills and taste for service are your strengths.

Organized, rigorous, autonomous, dynamic, you know how to manage priorities and respect deadlines. You are comfortable with clients and master computer/information technology tools.
