Automobile Service Advisor (m/w/d)

especially for the Peugeot and MG brands

Tasks

• You advise and support our customers professionally throughout all phases of the service process from dialogue initiation to vehicle return, taking into account repair technology and economy and providing corresponding repair recommendations.
• You actively market service and repair services as well as accessories according to customer needs and wishes.
• You plan and coordinate the repair execution.
• You create cost calculations for maintenance and repair work.
• You monitor all occurring maintenance, maintenance, bodywork, and care work.
• You process and document warranty and goodwill cases.
• You ensure compliance with quality standards and work execution according to Peugeot and MG guidelines.

Qualification

• You have successfully completed a technical vocational training in the automotive industry (e.g. mechatronics technician, master mechanic) and also bring economic knowledge.
• You have possibly already gained several years of experience as a workshop leader, service advisor, or master mechanic at an auto dealership, preferably at a Peugeot or MG dealership.
• Ideal candidates are already certified automobile service advisors (m/w/d).
• You are confident in diagnosing errors and can read customer wishes from their eyes. Necessary repair measures you present with secure argumentation.
• You love cars, have gasoline in your blood, and maybe even drive a Peugeot or MG?
• You are friendly, courteous, and approachable in your appearance as well as contact-friendly, communicative, and organizationally strong.
