Automation Technician/Maintenance Electrician (M/F)

Your responsibilities

• supervising and maintaining the technical condition of the electrical installation in the facility,
• supervising the correct operation of building automation systems (BMS) and low-current installations (e.g., SAP, KD, SSWiN, CCTV, TVD),
• carrying out comprehensive activities related to control and automation in air conditioning and ventilation systems, machines, and devices,
• operating the power generator,
• conducting periodic inspections of power, single-phase, and lighting installations,
• supervising work performed by external services,
• diagnosing faults in technical devices related to building maintenance,
• performing minor repairs of electrical networks and devices,
• performing minor installation and assembly work in rooms,
• ensuring the proper technical condition and functionality of electrical equipment on the premises.

Our requirements

• technical education in the electrical/automation profile,
• minimum three years of experience in facility technical maintenance,
• valid SEP G1 E and D up to 1 kV certifications,
• knowledge of building law regulations regarding facility operation,
• ability to read automation, electrical, and construction documentation,
• good computer skills (MS Office),
• communication skills and ability to work in a team,
• thoroughness and precision,
• high personal culture.
