Job description
We are currently looking for a person to work as an Automation Technician (m/f) in the Shredder Department of CMC Poland Sp. z o.o. steelworks in Zawiercie.
Automation Technician (m/f)
Place of work: Zawiercie
Region: Silesian Voivodeship
SCOPE OF DUTIES:■ Ensuring the continuous operation of the Shredder in the field of automation and electrical engineering
■ Organizing technical inspections and maintenance work
■ Performing repairs of measuring and control equipment
■ Proposing and implementing technical improvements and modifications
■ Ongoing diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical problems
REQUIREMENTS:
■ Higher technical education, preferred fields: electrical engineering, automation, electronics, or mechatronics
■ Knowledge of technical drawings
■ Professional experience in heavy, metallurgical, or processing industries is welcome
■ Ability to diagnose causes of failures and solve technical problems
■ Knowledge of issues related to local Ethernet and Profibus networks
■ Knowledge of PLC controllers, especially Siemens S7, and SCADA systems
■ Ability to parameterize and service SIEMENS inverters
■ SEP qualifications up to 6 kV are welcome
■ Knowledge of the English language at a communicative level
■ Availability
■ Three-shift work system 5:00 AM-1:00 PM, 1:00 PM-9:00 PM, 9:00 PM-5:00 AM
