Automation and Fatigue/QRO Analysis (2075)

Job Objective:
Incorporating into the ALTEN México team to analyze, optimize, and automate processes in the field of fatigue analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing scripts that accelerate validation processes, as well as conducting fatigue studies using CAE/FEA tools to ensure durability and performance of components in industrial applications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Automation of Processes:

• Develop and execute scripts for the automation of analysis and validation processes.
• Collaborate on optimizing workflows by integrating scripting tools.

• Conduct fatigue studies using finite element (FEA) methodologies to evaluate resistance and durability of components.
• Apply knowledge in fatigue mechanics to interpret simulation results and propose improvements.

• Use CAD tools for precise modeling of defined geometries and prepare load cases necessary for analyses.
• Document processes, results, and technical recommendations, ensuring traceability and quality of deliverables.

• Work coordinately with multidisciplinary teams to integrate solutions and resolve issues in analyses.
• Participate in technical meetings and process reviews to ensure compliance with established acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Knowledge and Skills:

• General knowledge of CAD tools for developing precise models.
• PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE in CAE and FEA tools, with emphasis on finite element methods.
• Solid knowledge in fatigue mechanics and the principles governing structural analysis.
• Scripting skills that enable process automation and workflow optimization.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields (recent graduate or advanced stages of the career).

• High analytical capacity and attention to detail.
