Job description
Ideal Candidate
- Superior studies, specialization in Automatic Control or Electrical Engineering;
- Relevant experience in a similar position - minimum 3 years;
- Work experience in industry;
- Fundamental knowledge of electrical circuits and automation; safety systems;
- Knowledge of programmable automation - PLC;
- Knowledge of Siemens TIA PORTAL and STEP7 programming;
- Knowledge of ABB ROBOTSTUDIO and SEW MOVITOOLS, which presents an advantage;
- Familiarity with PC: WORD, EXCEL.
Job Description
- Designing and developing automation systems for production equipment.
- Programming and configuring PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and other automation devices.
- Performing tests and diagnosing technical problems in automation systems.
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Participating in projects to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensuring compliance with safety norms and quality standards for all activities performed.
- Documented processes and modifications made to automation systems.
- Maintaining a preventive maintenance plan for the functioning of electrical installations and equipment in optimal technical parameters.
- Maintaining and calibrating electronic systems, robots, and other equipment.
- Monitoring system performance systematically to identify anomalies.
