Robotics Technician with Focus on FANUC Robot Programming (m/w/d)

Our goal is to provide efficient, flexible, and future-proof automation solutions.

We are looking for a robotics technician with a focus on robot programming at our locations in Kempten as soon as possible.

Tasks

  • Independent programming, setup, and optimization of FANUC industrial robots and collaborative robots (palletizing, handling, etc.)
  • Creation and adaptation of robot programs (TP-programming and Karel)
  • Commissioning of overall systems in-house and on-site at the customer's premises
  • Analysis and optimization of movement sequences as well as time-study optimizations
  • Integration of peripheral devices (e.g. grippers, sensors, vision systems)
  • Support for project planning and technical elaboration of our robotics solutions
  • Self-contained fault analysis and troubleshooting in the production environment
  • Documented programming and training of operating and maintenance personnel

Qualification

  • Completed education or degree in automation technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or equivalent qualification
  • Multiple years of experience as a freelancer or employee in the programming of FANUC robots (TP-programming required)
  • In-depth knowledge of robot integration and system commissioning
  • Experience with FANUC software tools such as Roboguide, advantageous
  • Understanding of SPS programming and interface communication (e.g. ProfiNet, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, etc.)
  • Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and problem-solving skills
  • Travel readiness (national and international) and flexibility
  • Very good German language skills and good English language skills
