Automation Specialist (m/w/d)

We are a specialized AI automation agency for real estate agents in the DACH region at smartConsulting Zauner. Our core solutions – Google rating management, automated valuation acquisition, KI-based lead qualification, and social media automation – are based entirely on n8n workflows and modern cloud services. We are growing rapidly and continuously support new customer projects in the real estate industry. For the technical implementation and stable operation of our automations, we are looking for an experienced n8n specialist who will work project-based with us – with the possibility of long-term cooperation.

Tasks

Setup and configuration of credentials and integrations in n8n (e.g. Google APIs, Webhooks, CRM systems, email services)

Error analysis and correction for existing n8n workflows and cloud integrations

Building new, GDPR-compliant automation pipelines for real estate agent customers

Technical implementation of KI-based processes (e.g. lead qualification, review automation)

Bonding with cloud services (e.g. Google Cloud, MistralI-API, Webhook services, Supabase)

Documented workflows and handover to the customer

Tight project-based cooperation with the founder – directly and on eye level

Qualification

Very solid, proven experience with n8n (self-hosted and cloud instances)

Solid knowledge in cloud computing (e.g. Google Cloud Platform, AWS or comparable)

Informatik background (study, training or equivalent practical experience)

Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON data processing

Knowledge of GDPR-compliant data storage and API usage is advantageous

Self-sufficient, structured work style and reliable communication

German language skills at a professional level (English would also be an advantage)
