Job description
For our client in mechanical engineering, we are looking for an Automation Engineer with experience in object-oriented programming of PLC controls using Beckhoff TwinCat 3, starting immediately.
Responsibilities
- Development, programming, and optimization of PLC and NCI software solutions based on Beckhoff TwinCAT 3
- Testing, commissioning, and validation of applications internally as well as directly at the customer's site
- Systematic troubleshooting, code optimization, and creation of technical documentation
Qualifications
- Technical degree or training (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology) with several years of professional experience
- Experience in PLC software development with Beckhoff TwinCAT 3
- Experience with NCI technology and object-oriented programming (OOP), preferably C# is an advantage
- Independent, structured way of working and high commitment
- Communication and teamwork skills, as well as fluent German and English language skills
