Our projects combine deep industry understanding, modern technology, and practical implementation competence – for safe, efficient, and future-proof production environments.

Aufgaben

• Development, implementation, and optimization of process control systems or basic automation under the use of TIA-Portal, WinCC, Siemens SIMATIC PCS7, preferably also with competencies in the area of batch processes
• Support during commissioning, qualification, and maintenance of automated production facilities
• Development and implementation of automation strategies for new and existing production facilities
• Creation of automation concepts and control architectures
• Programming, configuration, and testing of automation solutions
• Conducting FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SAT (Site Acceptance Tests)
• Support during commissioning and validation of automation systems
• Optimization of existing projects regarding performance, safety, and compliance
• Training and support of the operating personnel regarding automation systems

Qualifikation

• Ausbildung: Completed studies in automation technology, electrical engineering, process engineering or comparable qualification

• Berufserfahrung: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in automation

• Kenntnisse wünschenswert, auch gerne partiell:

• TIA-Portal

• WinCC Unified

• Siemens SIMATIC PCS7 including batch implementations

• PCS7 Advanced Process Library (APL) and CMTs

• GMP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

• S88-Standard for batch processes

• Network technology and industrial communication protocols (Profinet, TCP/IP, and OPC UA)

• Virtualization and modern IT structures for automation systems

• WINCC and process historian
