Position: Automation Workday Consultant Overview: Our Client is seeking an Automation Workday Consultant to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Workday automation and configurations to improve and streamline HR and financial processes. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring effective implementations and integrations within the Workday environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain Workday automation solutions and integrations. Workday configuration and customization. Develop and maintain integrations with other systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs. Provide training and support to end-users. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Requirements: Strong understanding of Workday architecture and configuration. Experience with Workday automation and integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Certifications: Workday Certified Developer. Workday Certified Administrator. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant work experience in Workday automation and integrations.
