Automation Tester (JavaScript)

We are looking for an Automation Tester in JavaScript to join our collaborative team.

In this role, you will focus on developing and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow best practices, and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions. This is a fully remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Armenia, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and execute automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript
• Conduct code validation and assist in reviewing code to ensure quality and adherence to standards
• Follow and promote best practices and coding standards across the team
• Work with Microsoft Azure DevOps to manage testing processes and workflows
• Participate in regular team meetings to align on project goals and progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in software development or analytics projects, with a focus on testing and automation
• Proficiency in code review and understanding of test automation principles
• Strong experience with TypeScript and Visual Studio
• Hands-on experience with web service and API test automation
• At least B1+ proficiency in English, with strong communication skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Knowledge of Playwright for test automation
• Experience performing regression testing
