Setting up Automation Framework for Mobile Banking AutomationTo help in Prepration of Test Strategy and PresentationImplement Best Practices from OffshoreTo work in Proof of Concept and Presentation to the clientTo adopt the agreed Governance ModelTo lead the team form offshore on Automation Test Pack Creationset metrics to measure the quality of deliveryplan and control the testing process: define the task lists for subordinates, schedule testing activities, calculate the testing budget, estimate test effortskeep track of each tester’s performance: checking what kind of deects he or she is able to uncover and where there’s a tendency to miss out on bugs
