Automation Support Analyst

In this role, you will provide critical, "cradle-to-grave" operational support. You will be the guardian of our automated workflows ensuring immediate action is taken on defects, optimizing performance against business cases, and driving continuous improvement to align with our overarching enterprise automation strategy. Key Responsibilities · Proactive Monitoring & Defect Resolution: Continually monitor all live automation solutions. Initiate immediate corrective action to resolve operational defects, optimize performance against business cases, and drive continuous improvement to align with our overarching enterprise automation strategy. · Automation Solution Development: Develop new automation solutions or enhance existing ones to meet changing business needs. · Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions into daily operations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of automation solution capabilities and limitations. · Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by analyzing automation solution performance, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing changes as needed. · Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with the team to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
