One of our clients is seeking a tech-savvy and creative Automations Specialist to design and implement smart workflows across platforms like Airtable, ClickUp, Zapier, and Amazon Seller Central. If you are passionate about AI, automation, and solving inefficiencies with elegant solutions, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

You will lead automation efforts across eCommerce and internal operations—integrating tools, developing custom Airtable systems, building AI-driven workflows with ChatGPT, and optimizing performance reporting. Your mission is to make systems smarter, faster, and more enjoyable for both the team and clients.

• Build automations for Amazon Seller Central workflows (inventory, reporting, performance)
• Develop advanced Airtable systems for internal tracking and collaboration
• Connect apps via Zapier, Make, n8n, webhooks, and custom APIs
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance process intelligence and engagement
• Partner with teams to identify bottlenecks and design creative solutions
• Build dashboards for actionable insights
• Maintain and troubleshoot systems for reliability and scalability

Requirements

• Proven experience automating workflows across digital platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Airtable (custom systems, views, automations)
• Strong knowledge of Zapier, Make, n8n, and ClickUp
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and integrations (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
• A creative, user-first approach to system and workflow design
• Familiarity with App Script, JavaScript, or PHP
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Background in Amazon operations or agency environments
• Passion for AI-driven solutions and innovation
• Experience building automation for reporting, campaign tracking, or performance tools
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Slack, ClickUp, or Notion
