Job Summary: We are looking for an Automation Specialist who will play a key role in our team by designing, developing, testing, and maintaining automation scripts using various tools and technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium or Appium, programming languages like Python or Java, and data structures like JSON or XML. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, test, and maintain automation scripts for our conversational platform using various tools and technologies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that meet business requirements. * Troubleshoot and debug issues in automation scripts, identifying root causes and implementing fixes. * Develop and maintain documentation for automation scripts, including test plans, test cases, and test results. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in automation testing and AI-powered conversational marketing. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * At least 2 years of experience in software development, preferably in an automation testing role. * Strong understanding of programming languages like Python or Java, and data structures like JSON or XML. * Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium or Appium is highly desirable. * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools.
