Automation Specialist

About the Job Sanofi Manufacturing and Supply organization is preparing its future through an ambitious program named Modulus. The Modulus Project is at the cornerstone of Sanofi strategy as it aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges as well as Specialty Care Biologics products. Main Accountabilities Optimization of automation processes and systems within the Manufacturing and Supply organization. This includes but is not limited to: Automation strategy development, Automation architecture design, Automation implementation, Automation testing, Automation maintenance, Automation improvement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Sanofi's manufacturing processes and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions that meet business needs. Design, implement, test, and maintain automation solutions using various technologies such as robotics, vision systems, and machine learning algorithms. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Develop and maintain documentation for automation projects. Provide training and support to manufacturing personnel on the use of automated systems. Identify and prioritize automation opportunities that drive business value and improve operational efficiency. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between automation initiatives and business objectives. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Sanofi's manufacturing processes and systems.
