Automation Specialist (Plug and Produce)

About the Job Sanofi Manufacturing and Supply organization is preparing its future through an ambitious program named Modulus. The Modulus Project is at the cornerstone of Sanofi strategy as it aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges as well as Specialty Care Biologics products. Main Accountabilities Provide technical expertise and support to the Modulus Project team in the development and implementation of automation solutions for manufacturing processes. This includes designing, testing, and implementing automation systems, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity gains. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution. Identify and prioritize automation projects based on business needs and strategic objectives. Ensure the successful implementation of automation solutions by providing training and support to end-users. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to automation project success, including metrics such as cost savings, productivity gains, and quality improvements. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Sanofi's manufacturing processes, systems, and technologies to ensure effective integration of automation solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to other teams within the organization on automation-related topics. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity gains. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to automation and manufacturing processes. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to automation and manufacturing processes. Provide technical expertise and support to the Modulus Project team in the development and implementation of automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
