Automation Specialist (m/w/d)

ZIRKEL8 develops production-ready automations and AI systems for companies. We integrate APIs, deploy code on servers, create Claude Skills and develop n8n workflows.

We work with Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, n8n, Notion, and Google Workspace. Our customers are e-commerce companies and medium-sized enterprises that want to scale their operational processes using AI.

You will work directly with the founder. 100% remote.

Tasks

• Develops production-ready automations and AI workflows for customers.
• Integrates APIs from various platforms (REST, Webhooks, OAuth).
• Develops n8n workflows and Claude Code Skills.
• Deploys code on Linux servers (Docker, SSH).
• Evaluates KI tools and uses them for customer projects (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
• Analyzes processes and breaks them down into automatable steps.
• Sets up and maintains Notion as an operations hub for customers.
• Creates technical documentation and hands it over to customers.

Qualification

• You think in processes and can break down complex workflows into automatable steps.
• You are familiar with the current KI tool landscape and know which tool is suitable for what.
• You have a technical background and can write code (Python, JS/TS, Bash).
• You are familiar with servers (SSH, Docker, Linux).
• You can integrate APIs (REST, Webhooks, OAuth).
• You use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools productively.
• You are familiar with Notion and can use it as an operations hub.
• You work independently and deliver results.
• You speak German at a native speaker level, and English fluently.

Degrees and certifications are irrelevant. What matters is what you've built and deployed.
