Job description
Automation Manager: is to lead the planning, design, and implementation of automated technologies and systems (such as PLC, robotics, RPA) to maximize operational efficiency, increase productivity, improve product quality, and reduce operating costs and human errors. Education Bachelor's Degree: Electronic, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Systems. Desirable: Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Management. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), robotics, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, and MATLAB. Experience with automation software such as Siemens SIMATIC, Allen-Bradley RSLogix, and Kepware KEPServerEX. Familiarity with industrial networks protocols like EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, and Profibus. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations such as OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and ISO 13849.
