VARTA Microbattery is hiring an experienced Automation Engineer to support and improve our industrial automation systems. Join our team and help shape the future of smart manufacturing!
What you'll do:
- Program and configure PLCs, SCADA, and machine vision systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing systems.
- Design, implement, and optimize automation solutions.
- Run tests, analyze performance, and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in automation.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, machine vision, and industrial communication protocols.
- Experience with robotics and control systems.
- Analytical mindset, good communication, and problem-solving skills.
