What will you do?
As Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in modernizing our production installations and increasing safety and efficiency.
You combine technical expertise with hands-on experience to achieve sustainable improvements.
Specifically:
Upgrading and modernizing existing machines with Siemens PLC-controlled control systems.
Improving machine safety and ensuring that installations meet quality and safety standards.
Designing and setting up electrical diagrams in E-plan.
Documenting all changes and projects, including keeping CE documentation up-to-date.
Working together with production and the technical team to efficiently implement improvements.
Supporting testing, commissioning, and optimizing installations.
Actively working on machines and sharing your expertise with colleagues.

What do you bring?
Professional bachelor's or master's degree in electromechanics, automation, or equivalent through experience.
Relevant work experience in industrial automation with knowledge of Siemens PLCs.
PASSION for updating and upgrading machines.
Experience with E-plan or willingness to quickly learn it.
Knowledge of CE certification or motivation to develop it.
Nuance, structured approach, and eye for documentation.
Team player with a hands-on mentality.
