Automation Engineer - Serialization and Packaging

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Automation Engineer to join our production team. If you are a creative person, oriented towards results, and eager to contribute to process optimization, then this position may be suitable for you.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Preset training materials (OPL) for electronic systems in the packaging section (camera inspection blisters, barcode readers, Antares serialization system, OEE monitoring system);
• Instruct operators and mechanics to increase their expertise and reduce changeover and adjustment times;
• Monitor packaging processes to identify and implement solutions to improve OEE, in collaboration with technical teams and Lean;
• Provide support in project acquisitions of new equipment and products, participating in feasibility analyses;
• Approve packaging from a technical standpoint in the VISTA artwork management system and monitor the impact of new packaging on processes.
