Job description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the continuous operation of automated and semi-automated equipment (machines, presses, etc.)
- Identify and rectify defects
- Perform periodic checks and preventive maintenance on tools to reduce downtime
- Collaborate with the production team for rapid problem diagnosis during the technological process
- Suggest solutions for optimizing, modernizing, and automating existing processes
- Program and configure automated equipment
- Ensure correct and safe use of automated tools by operators
- Collaborate with external suppliers for acquiring spare parts and software updates
- Manage subordinates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in automation, electronics, or mechatronics
- Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, actuators, motors, and control circuits
- Minimum 2 years' experience in programming and troubleshooting industrial equipment
- Analysis, logical thinking, attention to detail, and rapid solution-oriented skills
