Aufgaben

• You will work as part of our Delivery Teams with clients from the public and private sectors to bring our mission to life.
• You will work closely with our Legal Engineers. Together with their Rulemaps, you will use our No-Code / Low-Code Software to develop workflows, user interfaces, data models, and output formats, and link them to Rulemaps.
• You will integrate our Platform via standard interfaces with third-party systems (e.g., GIS, HKR, eAkte) and support clients as needed for on-premise installations.
• You will ensure the quality and stability of client systems and support them in service requests.
• You will contribute to efficient documentation of projects and technical innovations and support our partners in learning how to use our platform.

Qualifikation

• You bring practical experience with No-Code/Low-Code platforms, workflow tools, or comparable technologies – whether through studies, training, professional experience, or personal projects. What's decisive is that you know how to deliver results with these tools.
• Sovereign handling of clients and service management – even in challenging situations.
• Safe handling of query languages (e.g., SQL) as well as good understanding of data formats (e.g., JSON, XML), APIs, and basic system architectures. Programming knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Outstanding systematic and analytical thinking, particularly when modeling processes, data structures, and query logics.
• Safe and reliable working style with focus on stability and quality of systems.
• Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (at least C1).
