As an Automation Developer at WPP Production, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation tools and processes that enable efficient and effective production workflows. This role is a key part of the team that drives innovation and efficiency across all aspects of our business. Key responsibilities: • Develop and maintain automation tools and processes using programming languages such as Python, Java or C#; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to automate repetitive tasks; • Work closely with production teams to understand their needs and develop custom automation solutions that meet those needs; • Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing automation tools and processes; • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in automation and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our workflows. What we're looking for: • 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in an automation or data processing role; • Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, Java or C#; • Experience with automation tools and technologies such as RPA, UIPath, or Automation Anywhere; • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently; • Strong communication and collaboration skills; • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
