The Senior Automation Developer is responsible for leading and executing the development and integration of advanced automation solutions across productive and administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. By levering expertise in different disciplines and fostering innovation.

Ensure the quality and reliability of the developed solutions.
Plan, execute, and control automation projects.
Ensure the achievement of project objectives within time and budget.
Define the automation technology strategy.
Integrate different automation technologies to create comprehensive solutions.
Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize automated processes.
Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
Close alignment of activities within the BA-network and in respect to internal automotive standards.
