We develop CRM, automation, and AI solutions for companies. In doing so, we combine CRM, communication, data, APIs, and modern AI technologies into automated processes that genuinely take work off our clients' shoulders in their daily operations.

For further expansion, we are looking for a technically savvy Automation & AI Specialist (m/f/d) who will develop and implement such solutions together with us.

Tasks

Your Tasks

You will be responsible in particular for:

• Building and further developing n8n workflows
• Developing automations between our CRM platform and external applications
• Technical implementation and further development of AI and voice agents
• Connecting APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems
• Building CRM workflows and automated customer processes
• Processing and synchronizing data between different systems
• Technical integration of telephony, email, WhatsApp, calendars, forms, and other tools
• Creating small JavaScript, HTML, and CSS solutions when standard functionalities are insufficient
• Error analysis, testing, and optimization of existing automations
• Documenting important workflows and integrations
• Co-developing new automation and AI solutions

The goal here is not to mindlessly replicate predefined workflows. You should understand processes, think technically, and develop solutions together with us.

Qualification

What You Should Bring

You do not need to perfectly master every technology.

What is more important to us is that you think technically, learn quickly, and enjoy solving problems independently.

Experience with some of the following topics would be ideal:

• n8n, Make, or comparable low-code/no-code platforms
• APIs, REST APIs, and webhooks
• CRM systems and CRM automations
• JavaScript
• HTML/CSS
• JSON and data processing
• AI tools and LLMs
• AI/voice agents
• Telephony/VoIP integrations
• OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Twilio, or similar platforms

Important: If, for example, you work very well with Make but have little experience with n8n so far, this is not an exclusion criterion.

What is crucial for us is your understanding of logic, data, APIs, and automation.

What is More Important to Us Than Certificates

You are someone who, when faced with a new technical challenge, does not say:

"I've never done that before."

But rather:

"Interesting – I'll figure out how we can solve that."

You work in a structured manner, test your solutions thoroughly, and also think about what happens if something does not go as planned.
