The Team As Automation Technician (m/w/d), you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of highly automated manufacturing facilities. Your technical expertise contributes to securing the operational readiness of the facilities and ensuring product quality. - Independent fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of highly automated manufacturing facilities (2nd Level Support) - Time- and condition-dependent maintenance, inspection, and testing of equipment and components - Calibration of facilities and performance of quality control checks on production processes - Optimization of facilities, robotics, and process flows in close collaboration with the engineering team - Ensuring comprehensive documentation of work to ensure a consistently high level of product quality We expect: - Completed vocational training EFZ as Automation Technician, Mechatroniker, Elektroniker or Automation Technician - Experience in maintenance or automation technology - Funded knowledge in control technology, pneumatics, and robot programming (certified training in the field of robotics is advantageous) - Good knowledge of standard software (MS-Office) and experience with ERP and MES systems - High problem-solving ability and structured approach to system failures, even under stress and tight deadlines - Independent and proactive work style with a strong sense of responsibility - Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively on different levels of competence - Willingness to continuous development and training - Willingness to work in an uninterrupted 4-shift operation (including Saturday & Sunday) - Very good German language skills (at least C1), English language skills (B1) We offer: - An exciting working environment in a highly automated manufacturing facility according to the Industry 4.0 standard - The opportunity to actively contribute to the energy transition - A dynamic team and space for personal development - Attractive employment conditions and long-term perspectives in a future-proof company [email protected] Branch: Other Function: Other
