Automation Technician for Electric Motors / Electromechanic or Electrical Machine Fitter 100% (m/f)

These are your tasks

• Electro- AG carries out repairs and services either in the newly built hall in Brügg BE or travels to the customer's site. Various models and sizes are competently supported by long-standing customers throughout Switzerland. Within the company, all important specialist areas from drive technology and winding to plant and control systems are competently represented.
• Together with a team of 6 colleagues, you will check the delivered electric motors for functionality, diagnose them accordingly for repairs, and carry out the repairs.
• You will perform maintenance work during planned overhauls and service intervals
• In the optimally equipped workshop, repairs and maintenance will be carried out on three-phase, direct current, and special machines. However, shafts and bearing shields can also be metallized and ground, and commutators and slip rings can be re-turned. In the winding shop, new developments of stators, rotors, brakes, and special coils are carried out. At the customer's request, even complete systems and control systems are modified and manufactured. Here you will also contribute your know-how.

• You have a technical basic training as an automation technician, electromechanic, or mechanical fitter, etc.
• You have experience with electric motors, gearmotors, and drive technology in general and enjoy developing and establishing yourself with a stable and secure employer.
• You keep a cool head even in hectic situations, plan and organize your work independently, and carry it out reliably and cleanly. You enjoy working in a small company where every employee counts and has a fixed place.
• You have good German or Austrian German language skills
