Responsibilities Provide first- and second-level technical support (before and after-sales) to clients and sales teams, primarily in the field of building automation Analyze, process, and resolve technical requests via our ticketing system, ensuring rigorous follow-up and customer satisfaction-oriented tracking Accompany clients in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting our automation solutions Participate in creating digital content (manuals, video tutorials, e-learning training) Contribute to internal projects in the field of building automation (PLC development, system migration, etc.) Develop and maintain technical documentation and training supports Collaborate actively with our teams in Switzerland and internationally Profile CFC automatician or a basic formation in the field of electrical engineering, continuous training as a technician ES is a plus Excellent mastery of French and German (oral and written, level C2) Good knowledge of building automation programming (CODESYS, Beckhoff, KNX, BacNet, DALI, etc.) Autonomous, organized, customer-oriented, and team-spirited with a good sense of humor Benefits You want to work for a modern technology-focused company and market leader?
