Position Summary: CSN Collision is currently hiring a skilled and meticulous Auto Body Prepper/ Painter to become a valued member of our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and paint vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring a flawless finish and a like-new appearance. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare vehicles for painting by removing trim, emblems, and other exterior components, and applying masking tape and other protective materials as needed. • Apply primer and paint to vehicles, ensuring a smooth and even finish. • Remove masking tape and other protective materials, and touch up any areas that may have been missed. • Inspect vehicles to ensure that all surfaces are free of defects and imperfections. • Perform other related duties as required. • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and working effectively in a team. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards. • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge. • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives. • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. • Maintain accurate records and reports, and perform other administrative tasks as required. • Participate in quality control processes to ensure that all work meets the highest standards. • Work in a variety of environments, including outdoors and in a shop setting. • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a related field, such as auto body repair or painting. • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. • Certifications: None required. • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a variety of environments. • Work Environment: Fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities. • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan. • What We Offer: A dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive compensation package. • How to Apply: Please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [insert contact information].
