Responsibilities: As a Licensed Autobody Technician, you will be responsible for: • Estimating and repairing collision damage to vehicles • Conducting thorough inspections to identify and address any issues • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction • Meeting productivity and quality standards • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Valid driver’s license • 2+ years of experience as a Licensed Autobody Technician • Strong understanding of collision repair techniques and procedures • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
