The selected resource will have to · Retrieve the load documents from the client office by 06:00 am on Monday to Friday · Order the load documents planning the sequence in which they will be executed, respecting the opening/closing hours of the recipients and any scheduled appointments for the same time slot with the customer, as part of the pre-booking process by the customer · Load your own vehicle in a way that allows you to perform the distribution round optimizing the spaces to load all the material entrusted to you, ensuring the integrity of the material throughout the entire route · Report and register any anomalies found on the merchandise on the load document · Proceed with the vehicle to all destinations to make deliveries/pickups as scheduled, registering the delivery on a dedicated tablet in use, making the transportation document signature · Return to warehouse to unload pick-ups and any undelivered materials of which you have already timely notified the customer office, when the condition has been verified that it was not possible to perform.
