Join us in Transforming Lives Together! Pathlight School is the first autism-focused school in Singapore to offer the national curriculum together with life readiness skills. It caters to students on the autism spectrum with related conditions, aged 7 to 18 years, who are cognitively able to access national curriculum but require additional support such as smaller class sizes, special accommodations and teaching staff trained in autism. The team at Autism Intervention, Training & Consultancy (AITC) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Therapist to join our team. As an Autism Therapist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based interventions to support students with autism. This includes developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with teachers and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for students with autism. • Providing evidence-based interventions, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other evidence-based approaches. • Collaborating with teachers and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students. • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop treatment plans. • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of student progress and treatment plans. • Participating in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in autism treatment. • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field. • Certification in ABA or BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) preferred. • Experience working with individuals with autism, preferably in a school or clinical setting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
