You'll be part of the team from day one and take responsibility. During your apprenticeship, you'll learn about the entire IT spectrum and gain practical experience in all areas. Different customer environments and exciting IT projects ensure variety and new challenges.

Tasks

You'll go through these training stations with us:

• Hardware-Services: Around the workplace – together with our technicians, you'll install computers and printers for our customers and learn how to repair them.
• Server & Storage: You'll learn about different server and storage solutions and find out how to plan and implement them. Plus, you can experiment with your own configurations in our test environment.
• Infrastructure: This is the heart of any company's IT – building IT systems and using various software, from simple Microsoft Server to complex hybrid and cloud solutions.
• Network: From corporate networks to public hotspots – learn which technology is behind networks and how to make them secure and high-performance.
• Service Desk: Here, you'll learn how to administer systems and become a problem solver when customers can't figure things out anymore.
