Our Story – grown from conviction.

There are convictions that remain and exactly that makes us out. Already our founder Martina Zimmermann-Brase believed early on that one can achieve more in tax consulting if one meets people honestly, shares responsibility, and tackles things together. Based on this foundation, we have grown step by step from a single practice to a team of over 30 colleagues at our two locations in Karlsruhe-Neureut and Pfinztal over the past three decades.

What guides us is still the same: We only work with people who really fit, whether in the team or with our clients. Because good work arises where trust prevails, every voice counts, and one develops solutions together. This attitude makes us out and opens up the possibility for you to join us, take on responsibility, and go your own way in tax consulting and our practice.

Tasks

Your Role – Tasks with Variety and Depth.

Your development is important to us. Therefore, during your training, you will gain insights into all areas of tax consulting and can get to know your interests and strengths. We listen, trust you with responsibility, and give you regular feedback so that you can grow at your tasks. You'll find your place and always the support from colleagues and superiors. So, you start your career in tax consulting.

Your tasks include:

• Support in preparing financial and payroll accounts
• Processing of business and private tax returns
• Preliminary preparation of annual statements
• Discover your areas of interest and take on further tasks in these areas

• SUCCESSFUL school leaving certificate: Realschulabschluss, general (subject-) higher education entrance qualification or Abitur
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Interest in digital structures and dealing with numbers
• Structured and meticulous working method
• Reliability and team spirit
