Apprentice to Industrial Salesman (m/w/d)

CODAN Medical Devices GmbH is a family-owned company and has specialized in the production and distribution of medical transmission systems. Through more than 60 years of research and development, CODAN is recognized as a supplier of high-quality products. At our conveniently located main site in Lensahn, around 500 employees work successfully on the development and production of these medical devices. To start your apprenticeship on August 1, 2026, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual who wants to learn and grow with us. As an apprentice, you will be part of our team and support our sales department in various tasks. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: • Assisting in the preparation of product presentations and demonstrations; • Supporting the sales team in the organization of trade fairs and events; • Conducting market research and analyzing customer needs; • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers; • Participating in the development of new products and services. We offer a comprehensive training program that includes both theoretical and practical components. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our sales department and work closely with experienced colleagues. In addition, you will receive a monthly allowance of €1,200 and a mobile phone. After completing your apprenticeship, you will be awarded a vocational qualification as an industrial salesman.
