He contributes to ensuring the quality and conformity of the produced parts as well as the mastery of the procedures. He has fundamental knowledge of the tools and methods of dimensional and aesthetic control, can set up test strategies and is familiar with the relevant regulations and standards. He is responsible for implementing and maintaining a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. He also conducts internal audits and provides training to employees. The Quality Technician for Microtechnology works closely with the production team and other departments to ensure that all processes are properly controlled and documented. He is also responsible for monitoring and controlling the implementation of corrective actions and preventive measures. He must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills. He must also be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.
